Welcome to Lethea!

My new book in the world of Lethea, Lethea: A Tale of Two Ladies, is now available on Kindle and in Paperback. (Here's a short preview of the new book!)

The land that holds magical Lethea creatures that bond with people giving them unique characteristics. Lethea holds both regular plants and animals as well as Lethea creatures and plants. The Lethea difference can be identified by their special properties and bright metallic/iridescent colors. For example: you could have a lion that has a red mane and an orange iridescent furred body or a grizzly bear with green metallic fur. Think shiny rainbows everywhere! The most coveted Lethea creatures being D’rogs (dragon-dogs that can run on land and fly), gecko-dragons (gecko and dragon mixes that have the ability to shoot a steady stream of heat and cold. They are used in kitchens to air ships. Also, used as lights on the streets of cities since they light up when they sleep), camcats (cats that can camouflage), Pillar-Trains (building sized caterpillars that carry trains on their backs), and sea turtle ships (large sea turtles that carry ships on the backs of their shells). Bonding with Lethea creatures is completely random and can happen at any time in their life. When the Lethea creature bonds with people they can get certain abilities like strength and agility or different colored hair or eyes that match the creature. Sometimes when people bond as children they have to get training to not give in to their animal counterpart - like chasing a leaf across a yard or struggling against hibernation in the winter!
