EDWARD, PENCIL. I love Tim Burton movies. I must have watched Edward Scissor Hands like a million times.INCOMPLETE, PENCIL I started this as a sketchbook assignment in high school and never finished. I just couldn't touch it without thnking I would ruin it.AFTER SARGENT, ACRYLIC PAINT This was a project I did in art school. She's actually very tiny, around 5x5. They were pastels and I couldn't get enough...CONSTRUCTION, CHARCOAL My art teacher gave me a picture she took of all the contruction we had in town. I decided to draw this one. People say there is a face in the ground. I didn't to it on purpose, I swear, that's how it looked. It's all I heard when I put it up in my first museum. exhibitFURY WITHIN, CHARCOAL I was very angry when I drew this. I think that pretty much explains this one.FALLING MYSTERY, PASTEL I have no explanation on why I drew this out. It just popped in my head.I created this on drawing paper. It is made with pastels and digital media. I just wish I had a reference photo, I would have totally rocked the burlap world!OEDIPUS REX, THEATER, HOUSE PAINT, FLOOR DESIGN We actually ended up creating an oversize stamp with sponges cut to look like mosiacs tiles. Dip, stamp, and repeat... many times.SIN CITY MURAL, HOUSE PAINT I remember loving Sin City so much when it came out. There is actually glow paint on it, to mimic the same highlights in the movie. Who doesn't like Wolverine, SERROUSLY...?FBI FOX, PENCIL I was a big fan of X-Files growing up, who wasn't?LOST BOYS, PENCIL I just have to say Kiefer Sutherland has, artistically speaking, a very strange head shape. I guess I should just blame that on the genetics of Donald Sutherland.STARK, CHARCOAL. I am a BIG fan of one of the best sci-fi series Farscape. It was created by the Jim Hensen company, and I remember the character Stark having a very good magazine scowl.VINCENT, PENCIL. Another sci-fi show i use to watch was called The Invisible Man. I really likes this movie and was happy to draw it for my friend's child.I did this for a friend's son in charcoal on black paper. It's Rudy from Ice Age 3.
